This time I did design a residential based on the Japanese culture.

first floor has the traditional Japanese deck (if I refer it collect) gives a great look to the house.
Definitely this would be a selling feature.

I designed a smaller residential for 4 family member.
Design itself could be someone's idea. Hopefully not.
This time i used different colour for the exterior as much as possible.
Placed a diagonal surface on the south is little bit unique.

Total square footage would be 136.66 sqm. = 136662 sq. mm

Kitchen has a wider window to get natural light, so does the living room on the second floor.

I really like about a rendering yet takes a lot of time.
I think I need to update my computer.

This blog is to post my building model using an Autodesk REVIT for developing my drawing skills and also preparation for courses in Fall semester at university.
I am hoping to get a feedback from you about my modeling. And I would apply the information from the feedback for next building model.
